Very good place to live. We live here for over 6 years Very friendly staff especially Lucy and Duane maintenance guy. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The company is the worse that I rent in all my life, after you move out they want charge you remodeling all house... we lived 3 and half years and they dont accept any normal wear and tears, you need changes doors, pain all house and if you have pets is worse, the deposit is 500 per pets, but when you leave you need pay for everything... the man that do the maintenance is very rude and sometimes you feel his discrimination if you are hispanic family, every time he went to do any maintenance he saod something. My husband and I are very pleased to have gotten new floors downstairs! It is absolutely beautiful! Do to overturn it was late coming, but we are very pleased with the new floor! We plan to stay at Tanager Creek townhomes for a long time. Management is wonderful and so is maintenance. Very nice place to live!
