Tana and her nurse are amazing, kind, and attentive. Tana listens and has given great care. I have had great experiences with this group.
I am again writing a review since my first one was deleted. My husband came to you with a hand injury which was x-rayed. You said you would call with the results and didn't. We called to get the results several times and was told you didn't have them yet. We went to a competent medical professional, was x-rayed again and it showed a fracture of the wrist. We have both been patients of yours but no longer. I have heard complaints from my neighbors regarding the poor care they received at your hands.
It has been a week since I dropped off a list of insulins covered by my insurance and Tana hasn’t submitted anything to the pharmacy which has caused me to run out of insulin. I made an appt. with a different PA to get new prescriptions. Well, Tana is the gift that keeps on giving. This aprrn needs her license pulled. After taking almost 2 weeks to order my insulin causing me to run out, she only orders me a 2 week supply. She doesn’t care about lives. She isn’t even qualified to be a skunk doctor. Run people.
