This office is terrible at handling prescriptions and refills. I've been without my medication for over a week now because the nurse can't straighten things out with my pharmacy. Update, Dr Tan explained to me that her nurse was out for surgery and that is why I couldn’t get my prescriptions. I think it’s the drs responsibility to handle things in the nurses absence and instead of taking accountability she just blamed it on being short staffed. She is compassionate and acknowledged the difficulty of my position caring for my husband. Very professional and helpful.
Dr. Tan has been my psychiatrist for over 2 years and I can honestly say she is the best psychiatrist I've had and it's been hard to find a good one. Very objective and understands my concerns very well. I feel safe and taken care of.
Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.. half the time I couldn't understand what she was saying to me! She wasn't listening to what I was asking her for put me on drugs I know I'm allergic to and told me I was suicidal which I'm not and if I had a problem to go to the emergency room this woman's license should be taken away for practicing medicine I'm an oncology patient I have anxiety and she gave me more anxiety by the time I was done with her call I couldn't even function this woman's license needs to be revolved
