I had a great experience to have drainage clog fixed in my kitchen, swift response and professional from the apartment team.
Update-- It's fixed now 🙏 they removed it entirely Update-- Been here 5 months now and the front entrance is still broken. It's been taken down by an Amazon driver, then it took them 3 months to fix it(easy fix to do) now it got taken down again by another driver. I've been living here for 6 months, and the apartment itself is great. It's in a perfect, quiet location in Palo Alto with lots of space inside. When we moved in, our dishwasher and stove were broken, but Charlie quickly took care of replacing and fixing them. However, our experience has changed recently. Since we arrived, we've asked at least 3 times to fix the BBQ on the rooftop, as multiple people were waiting to use the one near the pool.
