This place is terrible and seems to be getting worse every year from the recent reviews that I have read. My wife called the office on May 30, 2025 around 9:30am and the line was constantly busy. When she finally was able to connect with someone, a rude Filipina woman answers the phone and then proceeds to hang up on my wife when she explains that she has Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance from her job that would cover our newborn baby's medical expenses for the next 30 to 60 days until he is placed under her plan.
