Working with Tamra through the process of buying a home, was very helpful through the entire process. They worked with myself on understanding things I was unaware of, and noted out things to me that I should make note of for the upkeep of owning a new home. She worked negotiations on the final sale. She spent several days on showing me properties in all areas of the Wichita before finding the home I wanted.
Tamra did not have the experience as an agent in Wichita that we were looking for, having recently moved here. But we had hoped that her drive to procure clients would continue into our house search and purchase. Instead after finding a house using her app, we had to research things like whether a survey was needed and were forced to negotiate repairs/ lower price with little input from her. Tamra was so incredibly helpful working with us through buying our first home. We knew if we had any questions she could help answer them, and she was always very quick to respond to everything. We didn't stress during the process AT ALL because of how confident she made us feel in having backup throughout! Definitely recommend and will work with her again!
