This was the worst facility I ever brought my mom to. Came to visit her she was on the floor and soiled . No staff in sight I walked all over and saw people coming from the break room . Asked someone named Shasa for help, who was no help and nobody was responding. No help whatsoever , I wouldn’t want no one to bring their family here. So much discrimination against my mom. Just because she doesn’t speak English . No help what’s so ever . But I brought her to a better facility. Anything’s better than Tampico.
I want to express my utmost gratitude to the Tampico Healthcare Center team, especially Vanti, Rommel, Geraldine Rona, Riza - the entire activity team. They took exceptional care of my grandmother and I could not be more thankful for the kindness, patience, and compassion they showed her every single day. It meant so much to our family to know she was surrounded by people who treated her with such warmth during her final few months. I cannot recommend this team enough. THANK YOU!
I had a really good experience here and felt well taken care of the whole time. The staffs were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. The food was good, and the environment was calm, I’m very happy with my stay and thankful for the care and support I received.
