DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS PLACE!!! Terrible from day 1! They accepted my mother after she had to get surgery on her hip, they were supposed to do physical therapy within the 1st 2 weeks.. DID NOT! they seen my moms condition & did not do anything but placed her in longterm side which I voiced my concerns about that I did not approve of until a certain date! 1 week later they placed my mom on hospice without explaining to me anything & had me sign a paper stating it was for her stay there but not hospice! It was a good experience for my dad. Only 2 blocks from John Muir hospital. Great caring staff. The rooms are a little squishy, with a total of three beds in one room. And food could be better. But he had a good stay, and we would have him stay here again.
Garbage facility garbage supervisor they don’t care for there patients there all careless management team is weak
Everyone at Tampico have been excellent care and especially Pam from concierge, Curtis and Nicole from PT are exceptional people. Thanks to all who treated me and took care of me.
I wanna thank the staff. So far they haven't dissapointed me.
