Earlier today spoke with Alexa in parts, they did not have the part i neede for my Tiger, but she went out of her way to find it for me on another dealer out of state! Thats customer service and thats how you keep customers loyal!! I wont nind the drive from Orlando for that kind of service. "I stopped by last weekend to redeem some bonus certificates that I earned from prior purchases. I was trying to escape with only my parts when KJ asked me about my bikes and if any were for sale. I only had one I was willing to sell and that was my Harley Ultra. I then made the error of going out and sitting on a Scrambler on my way to my truck. I even had my wife look at it. Beautiful shop. Very “cafe”. Very welcoming and patient staff. My son and I walked in, 10 minutes before close, and were not remotely hurried. Moreover, we were there a little late just having great conversation. Beautiful and unique selection of Triumphs. If you’re looking to ride British... this is your shop.
Bought my second motorcycle from Tampa Triumph and always a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and tremendously helpful. Highly recommended
