Don't do much social media but have to tell you if you are considering a new bike you have to visit and ride a new Triumph. A remarkable machine sold and serviced by a remarkable staff. After owning and riding Harley Davidson for 25 years I test rode a new Triumph Thunderbird LT and never looked back. Power and performance. Go see Elliot or Mark and get one. You'll be glad you did.
After my pre-paid maintenance contract expired with an outfit in St Pete....I was looking for a dealership/service department that was more concerned about making things right for the rider as opposed to assigning costs, excuses, blame/responsibility, etc. The staff at Tampa Triumph are always friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Went in to check out the new Thruxton 1200, Mark Consiglio was a huge help with all my questions. I'll definitely be buying my next motorcycle from Tampa Triumph. Update for my review:. I had my heart set on buying something from the "modern classics" line. I rode a couple Scramblers, and KJ encouraged me to take the Tiger for a ride. I walked into Tampa Triumph looking to buy my first motorcycle. Mark was helpful, patient and accommodating while I made a decision on a bike. He and Elliot helped me onto the perfect bike that is everything I wanted and more with no pressure whatsoever. If you're looking for an excellent staff to that wants to get you onto a new set of wheels, absolutely go visit Tampa Triumph! Absolutely unlike any other dealer experience.
Excellent staff. Friendly service. Very nice dealership and they helped meet the needs of my purchase. I would recommend them. They are reasonable and friendly to their customers. Rarely do I mark places 5 stars because it takes a lot to impress me. So take my word for it, if you are looking for a good dealer to service your bike or looking for a dealer to help put you into a bike that fits your individual needs, they can help you. I like the fact they are not pushy. Give them a try.
I rode my 06' Sprint ST to Tampa Triumph for it's 12,000 and a week or so later it was running a bit weird, I called Dave and he sent Matt (a super cool guy) all the way down to FT Meyers to make sure my bike was running smoothly and that I was happy. Even though this dealership is the better part of 3 hours away from me their service and attention to detail is well worth the trip. Ask for Matt if you want a top notch service or repair on your bike.
