The food, the atmosphere
Absolutely terrible location. Steak was burnt and overcooked. Waitress was absent and only attentive for check.
Over priced for the quality of food and service received. Don’t mind spending the money but when it’s over a hundred per person you don’t expect McDonalds type service.
Have visited locations throughout country and none compare to this one. Extremely poor service more like a quick casual diner. Both our steaks were tough and had no flavor. Never saw a manager.
Live in North Dayton and this is the closest location to our home. Visited twice and both times food and service were terrible. If in Columbus skip this location because their are better places.
Food is great, service is not
Love our local Ruth Chris so brought family here to surprise them. Worse service and every steak was overcooked. Guess it proves that not all restaurants in a chain or close to the same. Never
Absolutely the worse dinner decision we could make. Took almost three hours to get through a dinner for two. Food was good but service and waiting time just ruined the anniversary dinner.
