We went through and looked at literally every motorhome they had on the lot. No one bugged us, we were asked by 2 different people if we needed help or had any questions and were otherwise left alone. It was great! We got a good idea of pricing and layouts, things we do and don’t want for our next RV, and made sure to grab business cards. The people and service here were fantastic and they had a huge variety!
Don't do business with this company. Put 2 deposits on a wheelchair accessible RV that I waited 4 months to come in. I was refinancing my house when it finally came in and they couldn't wait for us to close. Sold the unit to someone else because they couldn't wait a couple of weeks for us to close. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE.
I personally dealt with Adam. Not pushy and very patient. We did buy a 2019 Jayco Jay Flight from them. It is a luxury item, not a necessity.
My husband & I have purchase a 2020 class C Jayco on Aug 26/19 and we love it. So far we have not had any problems besides locking our keys in the camper after calling road side service they could not find us in the computer 🤷♀️ So I called locksmith. Called them back and they said they will send us a check for the $75. So hopeful they will. Beside that we are very happy with our class c
THEY do not stand behind their very expensive warranty THEY sell you These things thorwn together WITH sub par workmen ship the crap does not out last the payments and all they can say is Sorry for yiur luck Reguardless of a bumper to bumper warranty skip this crap learn. from my mistake they aren't worth the money Keystone Hideouts will fall apart because of bad crafmanship
No recommend, when u talk Spanish nobody help u, every one look at you weard like asking what do u do in here, Terrible service , no body ask us how they can help us bad costumer service I'm in shock ,we buyed 2 year ago a brand new rv with u n we went to changed for a motorcoach n nobody nobody ask us nothing all sell representative stay looking us like homeless woww
