No we Liked dealing with Zack but Dominic was not easy to deal with. We gave a $5000 deposit that was supposed to be refunded once we vied the RV. We viewed it yesterday and asked for our deposit back and Dominic said two weeks before we get our Deposit back. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I want my money back now! I never signed anything. Buyer beware. We bought a new RV from RV One in Tampa seven months ago and we are STILL waiting for the parts to fix our warranty items. They are high pressure before the sale and disappear afterward. I would never buy from them again.
I year later after telling dealership, RV One, and manufacturer, Keystone, that it leaks when it rains, it is still at dealership. 3 trips in 1 1/2 years for $30+k. Very bad customer service from both and terrible quality from Keystone.
I put a deposit on a used4113 I was coming to look at it when it came in. We went and saw it it needed some things done to it so we refused it. That was on February 14 th. And it now is February 28 th. They still haven’t returned it. This place is very pushy. They keep on trying to sell me a new unit Stay away
I was hired by a customer to perform an independent inspection on an RV they are considering. I am a nationally certified Level 2 inspector. Stephen Weaver was the salesperson and he checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed to perform the inspection. Also, the receptionist and service techs were very accommodating.
Super people to work with. Never an issue reaching someone or getting a return phone call in a timely fashion. Attentive to our needs/questions and always with a smile. Very efficient and professional people in every department. We worked with Stephen Weaver as our sales person and Monica the sales manager through the entire process.
