This place overbooks and is always about an hour behind. They dont even notify you when you check in that they are behind an hour. They just let you sit there and waste your time. This has happened to me on my last 3 appointments, so it’s how they operate. Then we you do see the doctor it feels rushed. I liked that this office was close to my house, but the lack of respect for peoples time have me thinking its time for a new doctor.
Staff is unprofessional with patients. You have to call 4 to 5 times for them to call in a refill, FOR A DIABETIC. Staff does not return calls, rude over the phone and demand that you "be professional" when you are complaining about no return call or NOT filling a prescription, but they themselves are not professional, in person or via phone, and do NOT follow thru with requests. You basically pay them for nothing. You never see a real doctor only a PA. Sad that they operate under the TGH name.
Dr. Jasko is excellent! Appointments always seem to start late but for good reason. You can tell he takes the time to actually meet with a patient, go over their issues and come up with some course of action. He is not the type to rush you in any way. Rare to find especially with big conglomerates like TGH.
Great experience in my short time with TGMG. Friendly staff, wait times aren’t too bad. Providers are all caring and very efficient in their handling of my needs. I would definitely recommend this facility/providers!
