Horrible. Stood me up TWICE with NO follow up. Waited a total of ten hours between the two appointments, not to mention the time wasted on the phone on calls initiated by me, the customer. Requested to speak to the owner and never received a phone call. DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT, POORLY RUN BUSINESS!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Waited 2 mths for a part to repair our refrigerator, then they make an apt and never show up, never answer the phone, never return a call. Absolutely the WORST. Had to finally call different company for repair
Troy has now rescued 2 of my appliances! He is very knowledgable and honest, qualities not found very often.... and his prices are very reasonable! I will continue to use his services as disasters happen! Thanks, Troy!!
I waited for someone to show up, my window was 8-12 by 11:45 no show I called them at 11:50 to be told no one is coming. Bad customer service I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS if the review would allow it. My time is just as valuable as Tampa Bay Appliance Medic
