I highly recommend TB’s Appliance Medic! I admit I panic without a working washing machine, Troy had me back in business in 2 days. We just needed a part! Excellent service, very reliable, plus he’s such a nice guy! So glad I called him because of the recommendations on Facebook.

Troy is awesome! He was really helpful with my refrigerator issue and took the time out to contact my warranty company and deal with them on my behalf because I was so frustrated. Very helpful and responsive. I will be using him for all my repairs from now on.
Troy is very honest! I called him today about our Samsung refrigerator ice maker and explained the problem we are having with it. He immediately referred me out to Samsung, as this problem has been widely known for several years and there is even a class action lawsuit pending. I had no idea and just assumed our ice maker was going bad, although I thought it was strange for a 5 year old fridge.
