Because of bad experiences with dentists, I DO NOT like going to have dental work done. I avoid the dentist like the plague. I started having some real dental issues and HAD to make an appointment. When I called to make the appointment, Nicole was very friendly and reassuring. Because I have such a difficult time going to the dentist, I require a lot of additional time and effort. As always the staff exceed my expectations! I have a fear if dentists ever since I was little, they put you at ease and explain everything!
The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. The doctors are so good at explaining everything thoroughly, and are so warm & genuinely nice.
Dr. Joe, Dr. Melissa, and their staff are the best! They are calm, gentle and make you feel at ease throughout the entire visit. I don't mind going to the dentist at all.
From the time I entered the office to the end of the visit everything was and always is first class!! I have lived in the Tampa area for 24 years and have been to several dentists over that time. No practice has come close to the level of service as All Smiles Staff have provided!!! While I have the luxury of living close to their office, I would drive whatever distance it would take to keep them as my Dentist! This is by far the best dental practice in Florida that I have used - and I've lived in this state for almost 20 years. The cleanings are excellent and the dental work I've had done were far superior to the same work that I've had elsewhere.
Great dentist office, I left them a voicemail over a holiday weekend about a cracked tooth. I got a call sunday night about a cancellation the next day. They got me in and fixed my tooth. Cannot thank them enough. Dr. Melissa is the best.
Dr. Melissa is simply amazing! I came in for a preventative filling and a permanent retainer reinstallment. She made sure I understood both procedures as well as making it her priority that I was comfortable and pain free. With the help of her assistant Amy and intern Mika, my dreaded appointment turned out to be walk in the park! Great job Dr. Melissa and the entire staff of All Smiles of Tampa Bay.
Finally,a visit to the dentist is not a torturous event. Doctor Joe and his staff are highly recommended.
