Very professional staff
This is a place I would never recommend. The staff mainly the surgical scheduler is completely unprofessional and incompetent. It's not worth the wasted time. These are the last people you want sticking anything in your spine.
I believe it was divine providence that let me to this clinic. I had fractured my wrist in multiple places and I had no insurance. I called around and the amount of upfront money just to be seen was more than I had. I called TBO and they gave me a very reasonable fee and if I needed surgery they would work out payments. The staff was incredible and they showed me so much compassion and they really cared and that isn't something one can fake. Dr Braun is an incredibly talented surgeon and he did an outstanding job on my wrist... read more
