I was never called back even when I attempted 4 times to schedule a new patient appointment. I was referred to this practice by my insurance carrier and PCP, and even my renal specialist still encouraged me to keep trying. 4 times in 8 weeks is not professional or efficient to anyone. Just to say, sick people need help for a reason. We call to see Drs for a reason. The experience had left nothing but a foul taste in my mouth. People pay thousands of dollars a year for insurance and we all end up thousands of dollars in debt ... read more

Today and only today. Bad review. I walked in wrote my name on the list time of app and check in time. Was never asked for about 25 minutes if I had checked in. The very young woman was busy talking and talking. I finally had to approach desk again. Why is there a sign in sheet if they never look at it. Bad business!!!!!

The problems started when prescriptions &d dosages were changed and the office never updated my pharmacy or insurance . My insurance denied my prescriptions and said Varanasi needed to do a review, explaining why the changes were made. I was without my type 2 diabetes medication for about 4 weeks. I never heard back from the doctor about a sample or substitute for my missing medication or the review left incomplete.
