Ok, first I went to progressive to use true car, they recommend places, pricing and dealers to give progressive customers a deal and a price break with good priced cars and trusted sellers. Do not trust them, my price should have been 300 less then another 150 off. Before i sat down to negotiate i asked 3 times for the discount price. Then the test drive.
