Left there disappoint today after many years of going here (with a short break). This older guy who did my nails was making jokes in their language and cackling the entire time. This hadn’t per se bothered me prior if they’re joking around for a short while. But today was over the top and it made ne feel uncomfortable. I read the reviews during the service and it appears their customer care and quality of work has gone down hill anyway. I paid $56 plus tip for a gel pedi with a dusting of chrome powder. I used to frequent this salon up until the flood happened. This was my first time back since and I was very disappointed. The woman that did my pedicure made my toes bleed, the nails are filed crooked and the amount of gel layers she put on makes them look even worse. By the end of the pedicure I almost just walked out but decided to get my nails done too. The other tech who did this could not be bothered.
