I went on a Friday evening to get a French manicure and French pedicure. The nails were rough on the surface after the tech finished the French manicure and by Monday, most the polish was off most my fingernails and one of my toe nails. I did not have the time to go in on Monday, but Tuesday after work I went in to complain. I asked to speak with the owner or manager. I’ve been to this salon for many times, and everytime they do an excellent job, they take their time and very professional. Would highly recommend!
Left there disappoint today after many years of going here (with a short break). This older guy who did my nails was making jokes in their language and cackling the entire time. This hadn’t per se bothered me prior if they’re joking around for a short while. But today was over the top and it made ne feel uncomfortable. I read the reviews during the service and it appears their customer care and quality of work has gone down hill anyway. I paid $56 plus tip for a gel pedi with a dusting of chrome powder.
