Service itself was mediocre. Towards the end, there was a dog barking in the back room. Very unhygienic and against the law and cosmetology license regulations for a salon to have a dog in it. Disgusting. Avoid this place.

I went in to get my builder gel taken off and it took over an hour to take them off. It is because the nail tech was going between three customers. She didn’t even do a good job, I still had some of the gel on my nails, my nails look bumpy, didn’t even cut or file my nails. She just left them like that and as I was checking out she quickly put nail oil but didn’t rub it in. Experience was awful, I ended up filing my nails and making them smooth. Went in for a gel pedi. Told her I wanted my toe nails shortened, which she did, but then she kept filing them down and down, shorter and shorter, getting right up close to my skin which then kind of hurt. Otherwise good experience and the gel pedi turned out good.

Very unsatisfied with my service today. I came in with my natural long nails and only wanted a gel/shellac polish. I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my length, but the nail technician cut all my nails down to the root without my approval. The final result was not what I asked for — my nails are very short and the polish was applied with too many thick layers (more than 6 coats), making them look uneven and horrible. I’m very disappointed because I trusted the technician with my natural nails
