Very unsatisfied with my service today. I came in with my natural long nails and only wanted a gel/shellac polish. I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my length, but the nail technician cut all my nails down to the root without my approval. The final result was not what I asked for — my nails are very short and the polish was applied with too many thick layers (more than 6 coats), making them look uneven and horrible. I’m very disappointed because I trusted the technician with my natural nails
This used to be a great place to get your nails done. Not anymore. Poor customer service and I am talking about the owner. I got the dip on my nails and they looked horrible. My nails also started breaking within a week of getting them done. I also got a pedicure. The polish smudge. I thought maybe it was an off day for the shop. But nope happened again on my last and final visit here.
Tammy is so lovely and a clean salon.
