The class was good and I recommend for anyone, single or as a couple to attend the class. Don't worry if you are not a flexible pretzel....because there are no requirements. Just bring a yoga matte and an open mind. My husband and I just attended the class recently; we look forward to practicing some of the stretches and possibly adding some poses to our private lives together. My review is for the Yoga For Sex Workshop.
I've been going to see Tammy and Dani for 5yrs. I recommend Tammy's Edge to everyone! My hair is always ahead of the trends and the color last months. No color out of a box comes close to the work of these ladies. They listen and working until both the stylist and client feel it is just right. No being pressured into a crummy cut here. They also offer a number of community events too.
Best place to fix your fuck ups. Highly recommended for the spiritual community.
