Terrible communicator. Hours to respond and then responds with demeanor. Speaks down to people as if she's more valuable. Always responds in a defensive manner. Wouldn't draw up paperwork when she said she would, on multiple occasions, which caused delays into late nights. Unethical behavior- took it upon herself to call a mortgage company of the buyer to have their mortgage increased(unethical conduct). Left a door unlocked and then accused the buyers of entering the home without consent.

Tammy did an amazing job, working to not only secure the house we wanted but also get our home sold (delivering maximum value that the market allowed). There were challenges that we had to overcome and Tammy did a great job helping us navigate through those challenges. Highly recommended!
