Dr. Mitchell herself is a wonderful doctor. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, her office staff is horribly inefficient, neglectful, and borderline incompetent. Mistakes in prescription-refill requests are often made causing inconvenience and discomfort for the patient. When approached about these mistakes, the office staff deflects responsibility onto the computer system, the doctor, and/or the nursing staff. Their sloppy office management is the reason I am now looking for a

I am so glad that the Lord send me to Dr. Tammy Mitchell. Because she is a very good family doctor that care about her the people that she see. She have a sweet, loving, and most of all a caring heart that many doctors do not have. I see she care so much about me and my health tell she go out of her way. All I can say that she is God sent because I need someone like her that have a heart that care about people. I wish she will never leave because she will always be my doctor. I love you.
