Tammy is amazing! She carried us through every process and kept us well informed. She went above and beyond by coordinating with paint and carpet contractors and made periodic checks when we could not be at the property. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the sales process and we give her the highest recommendation.
We purchased our home in Texas "remotely" from Washington State. This was 100% made possible because of the help from Tammy James. Tammy went above and beyond for us; attending all the inspections, arranging for a private Inspection Company to come out (which took hours). Tammy stayed with the Inspector the whole time, which had to have been hard as there was nowhere to sit! Tammy coordinated all the communications with the builder too.
