Tammy so amazing to work with. She helped me sell my house during an extremely important time in my life. A time where I wasn't able to truly commit my time and effort into all the aspects of the house sale. Tammy came in with clear instructions, a clear path, and an overwhelming sense of professionalism. I would recommend Tammy for any house sales, and I don't think that you will be disappointed with the experience. Thank you again Tammy!
We purchased our home in Texas "remotely" from Washington State. This was 100% made possible because of the help from Tammy James. Tammy went above and beyond for us; attending all the inspections, arranging for a private Inspection Company to come out (which took hours). Tammy stayed with the Inspector the whole time, which had to have been hard as there was nowhere to sit! Tammy coordinated all the communications with the builder too. We are happy to recommend Tammy to anyone buying, selling, or like us, building a home.... read more
We had a really great experience with Tammy. The market was challenging and so was our desired property style! She was fantastic and helped us make good decisions for our circumstances. Even with multiple offers, she helped us land the house we had searched and searched for. We 100% recommend Tammy James!
For first home buyers Tammy truly made our experience so easy. Not once did we feel stressed out and she made all of our dreams come true! We will forever be grateful for you Tammy!! Thank you so much again!
Moving from California to Texas was no easy task. Tammy made that move very easy. Soon as we sent her houses we would like to see, her experience pulled up others that met or exceeded what we were looking for. She's not just a realtor looking for a sale, but a great business woman looking to build new relationships. Having her as your realtor you will NOT regret it! Tammy, Jackie and I appreciate everything you have done and we are LOVING our new home! Hard to believe we are approaching a year! Thank you so much!!!
