Dr. Jacods took the time to clearly explain my condition and the treatment options. She patiently answered our questions.
Very personable with our special needs Angel. Explained things in a manner that was easy to understand.
Dr. Jacobs is worth the wait! It took me a couple months to get in with her and now that we’ve been in I feel a lot better about my toddler’s environmental and food allergies. I feel very educated and prepared about anything that may come up. It’s a big deal to me to finally have peace of mind about my child’s health issues. Thank you Dr. Jacobs! The front desk and other nurses were also great and caring.
She was very easy to talk to and friendly. She answered all of my questions very thoroughly and taught me a lot about allergies that I didn't already know even though both of my kids have food allergies!
Shes friendly, professional, and didn't just tell us what needed to be done, but also why and how it works. Nurse who did the skin pricks was also very good with my 4 year old.
Staff explained every step of the procedure. Dr. Jacobs listened to me and discussed possible options. Overall very professional and friendly.
Dr. Jacobs was very clear explaining the possible cause of my hives. The plan of action and hopefully the remedy.
Liked Dr. Jacobs. Saw her in her new office. She helped but my concernschedule at ease. I did submit a review that she asked me to, but didn't feel comfortable (since it said who we were) to tell her how we felt about her CNA. She was quite rude and not patient with my child. We'll come back for our follow up appointment. But if the CNA acts like she did at this appointment we'll find another Dr.
Dr. Jacobs was very nice and through. We saw her on May 17. She was short on staff. Her 2 staff girls were wonderful! The office was full of patients and you could tell they were busy, but they worked well together and they were oh so friendly. We were really impressed with how well the office was ran. Thise girls surely deserves a raise. We've seen Dr. Jacobs prior to this app that and she had a different staff person helping and they were not friendly or helpful.
