She was patient & flexible in showing us homes. She made our experience turn out positive in spite of other parties being difficult & various obstacles.
Impressed us from the start. When we first met with Tammy, she was very well prepared to list our house for sale. We live in another state and had to leave the house empty and give her the keys. Before we left, she helped us arrange a local house cleaner and a landscaper, then she inspected their completed work for us before paying them. Tammy helped us find a home 4 years ago, and then she sold the house we had. 7 months ago she started showing us homes, and we just closed a week ago. After we get moved in, she will list our house! Tammy has gone above and beyond her basic duties as a Real Estate Professional. She is the first agent I have dealt with that will push you to find a home that you will be happy with, and not settle for something less in the agents benefit. Tammy has been a blessing in the entire ''out of state'' purchase for my wife and I, and I truly hope other people get the chance to have her on their side.
It's always nice to have an agent that has your back and isn't trying to rush you into purchasing. Tammy was always available when needed and most inportantly honest and upfront about everything. We will definitely be using her for our future real estate transactions!
