I was really disappointed with my nail technician today. I asked her to take off my old one and renew it . but she only gave me two new nails and fills the rest. When I paid she charged me for the new set. It really doesn’t matter I paid $60 instead of $50 for my nail but all about honestly in customer service.
The owner Tammi and all the ladies are incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The salon is always spotless and well maintained, and the service is consistently amazing. I l travel an hour just to get my nails done now because they never disappoint. When I moved to Brampton, this has been my go-to nail salon. I had a disappointing experience at Tammy Nails. I clearly asked for an oval shape, but the nails were done pointed. There was no proper cuticle work, and visible gaps were left near the cuticles. When I pointed this out, the staff refused to agree or correct it, which felt unprofessional.Moreover we asked for Biogel and they Used UV gel. My sister was with me as well, and unfortunately her nails were done even worse, which made the experience more frustrating overall,although she was regular customer here.
Ever since i moved to Brampton, this has been my go-to nail salon! They have never failed me once. From service to the work, i always leave feeling satisfied. Their pricing is reasonable too and they are always willing to take me in! I have been recommending this as the top nail salon in brampton!
I rarely leave reviews however, I didn’t have a good experience at Tammi Nails. Typically when something is off, you ask the artist to fix it and they are more than happy to help, but not at Tammi. I got a regular mani and pedi and asked the lady to fix the bumps prior to applying my nail polish and she refused, she told me that “it will look better once top coat is applied”. Well it didn’t fix anything and just looked worse. At least acknowledge what your customers are asking for.. anyway will not return.
