Tammi was amazing to work with. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, she had to momentarily step in and help us secure our first home! She quickly drafted an offer after our showing and the communication was great. We were up against another strong offer and she did well with the negotiation and guiding us through the process.
I wish I could give Tammi 6 stars because she is that incredible. It’s hard to fit everything I need to say into this small comment section. To say she went above and beyond for us to not only sell our old home but also buy our new home is an understatement. She worked after hours, on weekends, and fought hard for us. I’m not sure another realtor would’ve put in this much work on our behalf. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

We ran into issues on the first house with zoning on a second lot and did everything possible to try and make it work. Unfortunately the city was uncooperative and we canceled the purchase. Tammi then went back to work and found us our new home and we love it. We highly recommend Tammi if you are in the market to buy or sell your home...you won't be disappointed!
