Ordered sweet boxes for my daughters Saree Ceremony and was very disappointed by the taste. We are regulara for all of their packages snacks which was why we decided to give them the order, but was highly disappointed by the result. Laddu has no raisin or cashews. Mysore pakku was moist and didn't have any caramelized flavor. The Indian sweet was also bland, so was the murrukku. Overall I would rate the boxes 5/10. The ordering and pickup process was good.
Horrible customer service, would give them a 0 star if possible.
