I've been a patient of Dr. Dawson for going on 6 years now and words cannot express how great of a Dr. She's been to me. Shes very kind and knowledgeable. She has shows me compassion for my care and gets to the roots of whatever problems im haveing right away and orders test promptly to help diagnos my problems and treats me with the greatest respect I've ever had from a Dr. She truly cares about my health and i trust her with my life. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Very nice Dr but slow to follow up or respond to messages. Felt very rushed and pushed out the door during my last appointment leaving me uneasy not knowing what to do next.
