I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Auguste because my doctor is booked for the next few months. However, I felt just as safe, heard, and cared for in this appointment as I do with Dr. Melancon. She was thorough and patient, didn’t rush through appointments, and made sure all possible scenarios were considered before prescribing a solution. Best of all, Dr. Auguste is so pleasant and funny! Dr. Auguste is the absolute best. Her bedside manners and care for her patients is heartfelt. I travel from Chesapeake Beach Md because I prefer her services. She is a Jewel in the medical field for sure.
I love Dr. Auguste! She always takes time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand, address my questions and concerns, and always tells me what she's doing step by step so I'm prepared.
