Great energy and community of people. The classes are challenging while still supportive, and inspirational. Coach Luisma really cares about the members’ progress. 💯 recommended!
Awesome coach! Actually monitors and provides feedback on form. Gym is kept clean and fans are appreciated during hot weather.
Great gym! I can’t recommend Brian enough! He creates workouts that push you just the right amount, and he genuinely cares about your progress. Training with him has been both rewarding and motivating.
