She is awesome!
The nurse, Ray, was very polite and helpful in collecting the vitals and background info. He was also great in helping to schedule my first PT appointment. Dr. Higa took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. She also provided insight and comforting words.
Dr. Higa is excellent. She took extra care of my problem. She was very professional. She discussed my case with other docs present and ordered extra tests to determine problem and since her shift was expiring, she gave me the name of the doc who will take charge of my case. Excellent doctor.
