I have been with this firm for over 8 years and when I first started with them they had great customer service. This has changed in the last year, they started to make a lot of mistakes such as forgetting to send me timely W2s for my employees at the end of the year and not following up for 6 months when my tax return they efiled got rejected, costing me extra in fines with IRS.
