The hygienist put my daughter at ease during her cleaning. Afterward, she told me everything went well; which makes me happy. I also met with Ashley who thoroughly explained different methods of paying for braces. The staff here is routinely professional and cordial. I appreciate that.
Both my wife and I visited Serenity Dentistry for the very first time, and it was a marvelous experience!!! Your receptionists especially Lyndsey were very professional and courteous to the both of us. Lyndsey has a complete understanding on how Delta Dental operates, and she took the time to explain what our treatment options would be. Others included, Maria, Rosa, Nikita, and so many more including the excellent dentists that I would certainly recommend visiting their office for thour dentistry needs.
I had not been to a dentist in over 6 years b/c my last few experiences both with pain & the office had been horrible!!! I have TMJ so dental work is always painful & difficult for me to sit through. The entire staff were so nice & took care to ensure that I was feeling no pain & was comfortable the entire time I was there. The only negative that I have & it's not really for the practice is that dental work is extremely expensive, but very necessary, most people don't have thousands of dollars sitting around. Good experience Hygienist Maria was personable and professional. Her calm demeanor assured that the patient was relaxed and comfortable asking questions. The first staff person I saw (Valerie ?) had a friendly approach and performed her job efficiently and with a gentle touch.
Love Dental Serenity Dental Serenity is one of my favorite offices. They are always so pleasant when you walk in and the staff always checks on your needs. I truly feel they want the best for myself and my teeth :) So glad I've been going to them for the last few years.
