Dr. Jones is a kind lady but after begging for help for a year and a half I never got the help I needed. I finally did my own research and started order various labs independently to find my problem. But I don't just blame her. I was ignored by 4 other doctors before I got to her.
She's the best. You can tell that she genuinely care about people. She displays a sense of patience that is hard to find in today's society. She respects the fact that not everyone wants to be on more medicine. She's very willing to work with her patients to reach there goals.
0/10 would not recommend! I’ve had to constantly beg her to check my thyroid as well as other things seeing why it’s so hard for me to lose weight. I was suffering my depression and anxiety very badly and she refused to get a leave of absence from work, causing more depression!! Very nonchalant and tries to speed through the appointment without fully listening. She is my PCP and have been searching for a new one because she is not helpful at all!!!
