I came in and after much deliberation bought a High Efficiency GE set that I thought was going to be great. I set up my delivery for between 9-12, however the washer and dryer didn't arrive until 3 and when I did it didn't work properly. Luckily the owners were very apologetic and understanding, and brought me out a HE whirlpool set the next day that was slightly more expensive, however waived the difference for me which was awesome and so far I love my new washer and dryer! SO glad I happened upon this store. My mother and I needed a new washer right away. Our budget was pretty small so we were amazed that for the price we would have payed elsewhere for a new washer, we got a washer AND a very hard to find dryer that we'd been searching for, for years! Our salesperson Michelle was incredible. She explained everything perfectly, got delivery set up for the following day, and was generally just fun to deal with. Good folks good service very happy with our Maytag Bravos.Delivered same day as promised and came out next day when we had a problem it wasn't the washer it was our installation.
