I pd almost $4000 in payments for a Samsung fridge. Month 13 freezer quit. 2 weeks later it all quit. Its against the law to remove serial numbers but thats exactly what they do there. Samsung will not honor warranties with out serial number on the appliance. Do not buy from these people. Go to Conns or Christies appliance or you will be screwed
RecommendedWhat a hidden gem this store is. We looked at 3 big box stores and 2 smaller stores, literally every fridge was sold out or not in our budget. Cristian was super helpful, kind and funny.

I would use to say I would recommend Tamayo’s appliances however I can’t anymore unfortunately because I just noticed a year down the line they scratch off the serial numbers on their appliances and also the model numbers. The only way I found this out is our washer and dryer went out and I went to order the part because the heating element went out on the dryer and can’t find a model number and notice on the back of the dryer it’s scratched out
Sweet people. I moved and needed a different plug for my dryer... they didn’t even charge me. I’ll be back for a new fridge next! 😊

Spoke with someone on the phone telling her what I was interested in, she told me it was available with free delivery and installation. Drive 30 minutes to look at it before purchasing and it was sold. Terrible service.
