I am editing my review of Tamaryn apartments, that once was a very nice place to live but unfortunately things here have changed quite a bit. This complex has always been a nice quiet safe homey feeling kind of a place but the investors that own this complex unfortunately want to just reap all of the benefits of the money but not fix things that need to be fixed and upgraded. Excellent service and follow-up from staff and especially Cesar our maintenance man.
Tamaryn Apartments is made up of two units with one shared wall (except for two-story units). This means no neighbors above or below you. Highway access is good and there are no through streets.The grounds are well maintained and have lots of flowering plants. On-site maintenance has been a problem in the past but has improved recently. I have lived here for 18 years.
