This is my 4th time receiving service from Tamroff. I would have given it five stars; however, I had to inform one of the reps that a complimentary oil change came with the recall service. He initially told me no, until I showed him the email. Otherwise, the service was good.
My vehicle was due for a recall. Someone from the service department picked up my Rogue, competed the service and returned it to me. The Service Technician gave me a call and explained everything as well as asked me if I had any questions. Thank you Tamaroff Nissan for your excellent service!
I had a very disappointing experience at Tamaroff Motors Southfield Service Center. During a routine oil change, I was told that my front and rear brakes were at 3 mm and that I urgently needed new brakes and rotors, with an estimated cost of $1,400. This immediately raised concerns for me. I purchased the vehicle in May, it is a 2023 model, I work from home, and I had experienced no warning lights, noises, or performance issues whatsoever. I had a very positive experience at the Tamaroff Nissan service dept. The service advisors were courteous, professional & efficient throughout the check-in process. The service tech was able to diagnose my engine light warning issue, order/receive the part required & complete the repair within a couple days. I was kept abreast on the status of my vehicle repair all throughout the process. I would highly recommend Tamaroff for your service needs.
Rhonda is the best at what she does. My experience was absolutely exceptional, she made my car leasing experience an easy process. She is very friendly and professional and has so much enthusiasm. You can tell that she loves what does. I will Definitely be coming back.
