Great location, if you are going here I recommend Rhonda. Absolutely amazing. Stay away from Daniel aka Dan. He's nothing but lies an faults information. He'll tell you your down payment is this, an taxes an fees an head down. I called the finance manager an he said he didn't have anything yet. So we would of wasted a trip. Also if your thinking about trading in a manual there don't. They couldn't drive mine with a brand new clutch. Other than that great place. We bought a 2025 Nissan kicks AWD black thanks to Rhonda.
I called if their coupon that I received in the mail will be accepted, I clearly told her it is the coupon showing *an oil change with tire rotation, valid for 30 days. The woman who answered the phone clearly said, "Yes, just bring the coupon with you." Today, my husband brought in his SUV and the "coupon", he was told the coupon could not be accepted. I brought my car in for tire repair from my drive in from Grand Rapids. I’ve never been to this dealership and everyone was extremely helpful. Rodney took care of everything including arranging for a ride back to my office. All around, top notch service and if I lived in the area, I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but if zero stars were an option, this experience would deserve it. The level of unprofessionalism and arrogance from the staff was truly disappointing. In particular, Leo was extremely rude and unhelpful—I genuinely don’t understand how someone with such poor customer service skills was hired by Nissan. I would rather take my business elsewhere than go through that experience again.
Charles took care of me and completed my oil change immediately. I always have great service with Charles.
