About this business
Our mission is simple: to serve authentic Thai comfort food - mostly the kind we grew up eating at home and could find being served by street vendors in Thailand - using the freshest ingredients and in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We're part cocktail bar and part Thai restaurant - and hopefully we play some pretty good music.

I've had Thai food on two continents (not Thailand, yet) and 4 distinct regions of the U.S. and I have never had Thai food before, not after Tamarind Hall. I love food, I live in Chicago and we have great food there, but I was emotionally moved by this experience. 2 appetizers, 3 mains, 2 desserts each was such a tremendous experience. Absolutely love everything about this restaurant! I thought I've had good Thai food until I came here! This place is phenomenal! I had the pumpkin curry with chicken, and am so glad I didn't order my usual chicken pad Thai. They don't have a kid's menu, but my very picky 8-yr-old son loved the fried chicken over fried rice. The staff is very attentive to your needs, and the owner Salisa is great! Give this place a shot - you will not be disappointed!
