Very rude and dishonest manager, Leah. We had a package that was delivered here in error. We immediately went over there to pick it up but they were closed for the night. Left messages and called first thing in the am and Leah was the most unhelpful and definitely the rudest witch ever. It was obvious that she had it and had no intention of getting it to the rightful owners. I'm guessing that she has a habit of lying. I am super thankful that I do not live in this hell hole. I do not live at these apartments & I never would due to rude office staff!! A package was mistakenly delivered there, FedEx provided picture proof of delivery. Office lady would not allow me in nor would she come to the door to see photo showing package delivered there. If they cannot provide common courtesy I find it hard to believe it would be a good place to live! Definitely do not want to have a package delivered there!
Bus stop right here, close to the river, can walk to all kinds of things. The tenants try to help each other out.

The person responding to these reviews such as below makes me think these ppl are very familiar with jerking ppl around. "contact the office" is a moot point-thats already been done. You are NOT responding adequately to these complaints and it speaks VOLUMES about the complex management. UGH
