Both Cecil and Dawn were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and showed patience. Realstar is offering renovated units, which is a bonus. Most importantly, to me, there is concrete block wall construction between each unit which mitigates sound transfer from the adjoining units. Also, it is a good firewall.
Dawn and Cecillie have been excellent from the beginning. Quick to respond to any questions and made sure our move went smoothly. Community is very quiet and safe feeling.
Dawn and Blair are the very best property managers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We rented for over 4 years and we're extremely happy. They are fair and open to any communication. Their community programs are great. My kids alway loved freeze Friday. Thank you for 4 great years.
So this landlord practices renovictons. After a few years of living here, they will stop doing repairs. Especially if the average rental rates increase, in hopes you'll leave so they can increase rent on the next person. You will also now be paying for water, which used to be included, and still is for those who've started renting here before 2021. Lived there for 3 years.when I moved, they said everything was good and that most people leave a mess then they want me to sign a piece of Paper saying I owe blank amount of money which I didn't. Then a year later I find out they filed against my credit 10000$
