I've had a wonderful experience living here i have been here 13 years and since we got new property mangers Dawn and Blair Cecile and Mac are exceptional—responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. Since the current team took over the quality of service has been top-tier. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to call home and raise kids the community here is great.
The management staff at Tamarack Woods go above and beyond to help their tenants. I recently had a problem with my water heater, and the company that was supposed to be responsible for the heater wouldn't help me. The whole staff fought with the company on my behalf, from the phone calls to arrange a service call, to the visit where management supervised the workers from start to finish, to after the appointment when my billing needed to be sorted out. After living here a full year, I can confidently say Tamarack Woods is the best townhome community around. Beautiful modern units, great amenities, and the most pleasant, responsive management team Dawn, Blair Cecil, mic you’ll ever meet—they are friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. 10/10 experience from move-in day until now!
After nearly a year here, my children and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dawn and the entire management team have been outstanding—from clear and timely communication to quick, professional repairs. It’s truly a wonderful place to raise a family, and we’re grateful to call it home!
