Reagan is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about what he does. A true professional! He provided us with some recommendations for trees in our back yard that were starting to show signs of deterioration from being planted 1 year prior. Within 3 days of following Reagan's recommendations we could see the shade of green change in the trees. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I scheduled a visit with this arborist, but he didn’t show up or notify me in advance. When I called, he said his vehicle had broken down. We rescheduled, but again he didn’t come and didn’t even call or message. I wasted my time waiting twice when I could have hired someone more reliable. This is not how you treat clients.
