Tried it out tonight - we'll be back. I was like a kid in a candy store looking at the beer list. Short rib burger was maybe one of the tastiest I've ever had. Our son's short rib mac and cheese was equally delicious. Wife thought her Oui Oui burger was good, but could have used "something else" - maybe a sauce or something? Tamarack Tap Room offers an inspired menu, fresh ingredients, massive selection of tap craft beers, and a nice variety of quality bourbon. All our food was fantastic, and service manager Darrell took good care of us when a technical glitch caused us some inconvenience. Tamarack Tap Room has an excellent happy hour as well. We will definately be returning again and again!
