Been here 3 or 4 times, hoping it would get better, but every time the fries were luke warm, clearly not fresh. Not that great of service, either. Shouldn't have to ask for your drink, or wait 10-15 minutes for it, or wait an entire meal for a water refill.

Would not seat our group after waiting over an hour. Bikers boycott The Taproom, they are not biker friendly!
Tamarack Tap Room makes enough money that they could turn $1800 from a group. They had 6 1/2 hours notice but would not accommodate the group. Went to Cowboy Jacks and they got us in.
Wouldn't seat a large group. Didn't seem to want the business of 14 excellent tippers. Too bad...
All of the Yelp! reviews citing flavorless food were spot on. No seasoning whatsoever. The potential for awesome food is there with an incredible menu selection, but even the best dish is ruined and reduced to stereotypical hospital food levels of bland without proper seasoning. A chef who knows how to season could turn things (or most of them) around quickly. Save your money and go to Craft instead. p.s. Such a great restaurant with a great vibe and atmosphere! My friends and I come here pretty much on a weekly basis for the great food and the great drinks. Colleen is the best waitress in the whole metro! She is always making us laugh when we come in and visit, and we are now even asking to be seated in her section every visit because she's so awesome! Great food, great drinks, and great music! It is such a fun place!
The service was horrible n the bartender forgot to put the liquor in my drink...who does that?
