Stopped at the Tap Room after an early movie w/friends on Tuesday ... Service, beverages & food were All Great !! If you go, try the Grain Belt Blue, if they still have it !! Nummmmm !!

I’m giving 5 stars because the bartender, Rachel, is an asset to your company. My service tonight was NOT good, but Rachel went out of her way to make sure my friend and I were taken care of, when our server wasn’t. She’s a good one, make sure you keep her!

The food was fine, good burgers as usually, but the waitress was beyond terrible. My bill was 49 and change, actually I didn’t get any sort of copy of the receipt for myself so I don’t know EXACTLY, but I’m gonna go with something like $49.59 (just an estimate)—I give her 60$ in cash and she goes to bring me back change. What she brings me back is a $10 bill...................<crickets........> So, you mean to tell me, you pocket my change already, AND you’re assuming I’m giving you the entire $10 which would be MORE than 20... read more

We went to the tap room tonight for Mother’s Day. We had a group of 7 people, and they didn’t take reservations, so we showed up and they said 15-20 minutes for a table inside. It took over 45 minutes to get a table which was two small tables pushed together. We waited at the bar and they were out of Sangria and the loon juice. When we got to our table our sever only asked one person what they wanted to drink. We had to get her attention twice to get drinks and order and app. We ordered the chips and salsa trio. Food, atmosphere and service was great. When I sent my wine glass full of wine back, because it has someone else's lipstick on the rim of the glass. To bad the bartender was making snide comments in full range of me and my guest hearing him. It was rude and uncalled for. It was my first time there, maybe my last now that I know they don't clean the wine glasses and a smartass bartender behind it.
