Tamara helped my family move to a new community recently. We liked it so much we asked Tamara to help us move into the community as well. In addition, Tamara sold our existing house for us by finding a buyer who was flexible in fitting into our closing schedule. I can't say enough good things about Tamra and her team. Tamara’s attention to detail was impeccable! She made us feel heard and against every other realtor’s advice helped us sell our condo for $20,000 more than what everyone else suggested! Her insight in the market is extremely detailed and has my recommendation. The photography, house cleaning and initiative to sell made us feel very at peace with the whole process. If there was ever a snag, she would talk with us through the process very simply and easily. Best realtor I’ve ever worked with! 10/10

BUYER BEWARE Leaving this review from the perspective as a buyer. Tamara had a listing that checked every box of want and need for my family. The house had multiple offers and I was really thrown by the questions from Tamara to our agent, validating that we were going to remodel the house and not pick on the house after inspection.
