Just wanted everyone to be aware of situations that get brushed to the side. I had a hysterectomy back in nov 2020. It was suppose to be a simple procedure that’s performed all the time, wrong Dr Meekins ended up making a terrible mistake and clipping my ureteral tube and it caused me a lot of pain and money and time off work. What was supposed to be a 6 week turn around time was like 5 months. Dr. Meekins and staff are amazing. She listens and truly cares. She doesn’t make you feel rushed. She took the time to figure out what was wrong with me and helped me after several misdiagnoses from other doctors. I would give her 10 stars if I could. We need more doctors like this! I love Atrium Health! Life savers.

Dr. Meekins is absolutely amazing!!! I have seen at least 9 different ob/gyn's in the past 15 years and she is hands down the best. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking. She is very patient, very professional, and is very personable. She takes the time to explain everything and then ensures that there are no unanswered questions before going to the next patient. I never feel rushed or hurried. Highly recommend!
